Hi, I am Carly.

I'm an awkward light chasing mama of 2 kids of my own and 2 bonus kids I gained with the marriage of my best friend.

I graduated from the Art Academy of Cincinnati in 2006 with a Bachelor's of Fine Art Photography. However, when I graduated we were still doing film! Talk about feeling ancient. After spending many miserable years in a cubicle and having my daughter, I retaught myself everything I knew with a digital camera and dove into photoshop. I spoke to many local photographers and learned everything I could from them. I then started my business in 2010.

I LOVE love, I love watching your little bambinos grow, I love seeing what your kids will say next, I love how I feel like I will relate to a senior but I end up being a total goober who is quickly reminded I'm definitely not 18 anymore and I love finding beautiful light and oooing and awwwing over nailing it. Apparently I love run on sentences as well.
